- Confident communicator able to balance hands-on and strategic work
Responsibilities
- Lead the MSP and vendor management relationship and ensure SLAs are met
- Oversee daily IT support, onboarding/offboarding & device management
- Own key SaaS platforms (M365, Azure AD, HRIS, Salesforce, Slack/Jira/Confluence, financial systems)
- Maintain strong security, controls, and compliance standards
- Deliver clear, pragmatic IT leadership and short-term roadmap improvements
Description
We are seeking an Interim IT Manager for a 6-month contract based in Liverpool with hybrid work options, allowing two days on-site. The successful candidate will ensure the stability, security, and effectiveness of all internal IT services while managing our Managed Service Provider (MSP) relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in leading IT initiatives and supporting our employees across the organization.
