Requirements
Must:
- Solid understanding of IT systems, including Microsoft 365 and MS Teams Telephony.
- Experience in database development and analysis.
- Proven ability to deliver IT training and support in a business environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities
- I will deliver engaging and accessible IT training to staff at all levels, enhancing digital skills and promoting best practices in software and system usage.
- I will provide first-line support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to maintain business continuity.
- I will work closely with the IT Manager to ensure effective use of meeting room equipment and technology across the firm.
- I will develop and analyze databases, and manage Microsoft 365 and MS Teams Telephony systems.
