Requirements
Must:
I require a candidate with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Familiarity with Windows or Linux operating systems is essential, alongside experience with common applications and tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and antivirus software. Additionally, knowledge of networking protocols and devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, is necessary.
Responsibilities
As an IT Support Engineer, I expect you to provide technical assistance to our clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure new systems, and maintain network security. You will also be involved in training and supporting end-users, documenting procedures and best practices, and collaborating with other IT professionals.
Description
This role offers a day rate of £210 inside IR35, located in Hull with a requirement to be onsite five days a week for a duration of three months, starting as soon as possible.
