Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical expertise across MIS, funding and regulatory frameworks (FE/HE)
- Experience leading specialist teams in a complex organisation
- Excellent knowledge of data structures, reporting systems and digital integration
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight
- Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction across all MIS functions
- Ensure accuracy, integrity and security of all data systems
- Lead statutory returns including ILR, HESES and examinations compliance
- Develop advanced reporting, dashboards and performance insight
- Strengthen data literacy and capability
- Ensure systems are integrated, efficient and fit for purpose
- Support curriculum planning, timetabling, enrolment and funding assurance
- Lead internal and external audits relating to funding and data
- Drive a culture of accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement
Description
We are seeking a Head of Management Information Systems for our public sector client based in Nantwich. The successful candidate will shape how data, systems, and processes enable our organisation both now and for the future.
