Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with demonstrable experience in commercial Flutter development. We have opportunities for developers at junior, mid, and senior levels. You should have proficiency in Dart and a solid understanding of mobile development best practices. Prior experience in mobile development with other frameworks (e.g., iOS/Android native) is a significant advantage. Experience with state management solutions such as Riverpod, BLoC, or Provider is essential. A strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON for backend integration is required. You should also be familiar with Git and have an understanding of version control workflows within a CI/CD pipeline. Experience with automated testing and a commitment to writing high-quality, testable code are important. We value strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop and maintain our mobile application while collaborating closely with designers and product owners to create market-leading solutions tailored to user needs. You will be responsible for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code using modern Flutter practices. Additionally, you will review pull requests, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical discussions. Continuous refinement of processes, estimations, and technical documentation will also be part of your duties. You'll debug and optimize app performance to ensure a seamless user experience, and you will present progress and results to stakeholders.
