Responsibilities
- Own, improve and evolve the Core Data Model
- Work with architecture and platform engineers
- Lead development of dashboards and reporting
- Align reporting with KPIs and operational needs
- Oversee daily data operations and validation
- Improve monitoring, documentation and data flows
- Manage and mentor a small data team
- Act as the bridge between business, dev and data architecture
Description
We are a forward-thinking organization undergoing a major evolution in how we use and deliver data. We offer a hybrid work model, allowing up to 2 days per week in our Peterborough office. We provide a competitive salary package ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 based on experience, along with 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays, free gym membership, and a quarterly bonus.
