- Interest in automation; experience in this area is highly desirable
- Python is a bonus but not essential
- Ability to prioritise work in a busy reporting environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver BAU reporting across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles in a high-volume environment
- Manage and update Power BI dashboards (training provided)
- Work with Cognos reporting tools (full training offered)
- Analyse KPIs and performance data to support decision-making
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes
- Explain insights clearly to internal stakeholders
Description
We are REED Technology, supporting a client in recruiting a Business Insight Analyst to join our friendly data and reporting team of five in Northampton. This is a hybrid role, requiring just one day per week in the office, and is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000. We provide full training on Cognos and internal reporting tools, ensuring you have hands-on experience with Power BI and other BI tools, as well as the support of a team environment focused on training and development.
