Requirements
Must:
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a customer-facing role.
- Strong drive for continuous improvement and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing expectations.
- Solid understanding of Business Analysis tools and techniques.
- Must be willing to apply for UK government security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver long-term client partnerships.
- Translate both functional and non-functional requirements into clear and actionable outcomes.
- Work with users and stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements with strategic goals and objectives.
- Integrate across technology teams to enable successful project deliveries.
- Participate in training and development opportunities, receiving coaching and mentoring from experienced leaders.
