Must:
I am looking for someone who has strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to balance the big picture and intricate details. A solid understanding of business processes and systems analysis is essential. Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to simplify complex information, are a must. I value strong interpersonal skills, as the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization and tailor your approach to different stakeholders is critical. Proven experience in a similar role within a complex, multi-functional business environment is required, alongside practical knowledge of Business Analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping (ideally using BPMN or similar). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is also necessary.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will drive strategic alignment by ensuring high-priority change programs are delivered successfully and contribute directly to our long-term business objectives. You'll help accelerate decision-making, enabling quicker and more informed decisions on mid-tier change initiatives closely linked to strategic outcomes. Fostering cross-functional collaboration will be key, as you'll manage complex programs spanning multiple departments, leveraging diverse expertise to achieve stronger results. I need you to mitigate risks early by coordinating various moving parts, identifying and addressing potential risks before they escalate to reduce disruption. Optimizing resource deployment is vital; you'll ensure teams are effectively utilized and aligned with project demands, ultimately improving workforce efficiency.
