Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of experience in senior development roles, with Delphi experience being a significant benefit.
- Line management experience.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative and self-driven with a strong work ethic.
- A team player with an enthusiastic approach.
- Ability and confidence to engage with all stakeholders in the business, including other team leaders, customers, and senior management.
Responsibilities
- Developing our back-end systems in multiple programming languages, including C# and Delphi, based on internal requirements and development specifications.
- Contributing to front-end development using recognized web technologies, such as HTML and JavaScript, ensuring effective interoperability with our back-end systems.
- Line managing other developers in the team, ensuring their engagement and daily mentorship.
- Contributing to the entire software development life cycle, from the initial idea or customer request through to delivery and finalization.
- Overseeing the development internal monitoring systems, ensuring they are used effectively and resources are well-managed within the team.
- Leading and implementing internal development processes to ensure the technical team runs effectively and efficiently.
- Taking part in ad-hoc projects as needed.
