Requirements
Must:
- Deep expertise in React and best practices, ideally with experience leading migrations from other frameworks (Angular, Vue, etc.).
- Expertise in accessibility, internationalization, and localization with React.
- Strong all-round knowledge of the modern front-end/JavaScript ecosystem and tools.
- Knowledge of unit and web testing using various tools.
- A track record of mentoring and upskilling teams.
- Experience in smaller, scaling businesses or ambitious SMEs (not just big corporates).
- A passion for building software that makes a difference.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the team through a major front-end transformation from Angular to React.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and go-to person for all things React.
- Help shape the approach to building, scaling, and delivering software that impacts the healthcare sector.
- Mentor other team members and help upskill them during the transition.
- Challenge the status quo to ensure that the right processes and plans are in place.
