Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 2.1 BSc in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline from a top-tier / Russell Group university
- Strong software engineering experience with Python, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, Cloud, DevOps
- Advanced communication and client relationship building skills gained within a consultancy environment
- Strong business acumen
- Enthusiastic about collaborating and problem solving
- Good knowledge of modern software engineering best practices across the full software development lifecycle
- Thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, Algorithms
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the logic behind core applications
- Build APIs and microservices that handle data processing, business rules, and third-party integrations
- Oversee the configuration and upkeep of secure, reliable server environments
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to gather detailed requirements through meetings and workshops
- Help shape the product vision and roadmap by offering technical insight and feasibility guidance
- Remain hands-on with architecture and design
- Instill best practices, conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and collaboratively solve problems to remove blockers
- Deliver high-quality software
