Requirements
Must:
- A good standard of English and Maths GCSE.
- Good working knowledge of Outlook and MS Office (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in administration work is essential.
- An understanding of ITIL and/or experience with ServiceNow is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the projects team with onboarding our third-party suppliers into the company systems.
- Handling telephone calls and emails from end users for service requests.
- Taking ownership of end-user issues from initiation to resolution.
- Logging, prioritizing, categorizing, and updating incident, problem, and request tickets.
- Performing administrative duties related to working with third parties and vendors in resolving support tickets.
- Acting as an ambassador for the administration team and delivering high levels of customer service to exceed end-user expectations.
