We are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar IT support role. Knowledge of Windows-based operating systems and troubleshooting common issues is essential. A solid understanding of network infrastructure and technology as well as computer hardware and peripherals is required. Analytical and problem-solving skills are vital across a broad spectrum of ICT disciplines. Our ideal candidate should prioritize work based on business or user impact and possess strong communication skills to manage interactions with external support contractors effectively. Excellent organization and time management skills are necessary, and candidates must understand the concept of internal customers. Knowledge of Proclaim case management software and experience with the Eclipse software provider is a distinct advantage. Familiarity with BigHand digital dictation and Dragon speech recognition is beneficial, as is experience with IP telephone systems like Ringcentral IP Office. Additionally, past experience working in the legal industry will be considered advantageous.
