Requirements
Must:
- I have experience leading technical support teams, ideally within the ISP, broadband, or telecoms sectors.
- I am knowledgeable about broadband, Wi-Fi, VoIP, and networking fundamentals, and I can guide others through structured troubleshooting processes.
- I possess natural leadership skills, enabling me to bring out the best in my team through coaching, training, and feedback.
- I can identify trends within ticket volumes and understand when and how to escalate issues to 3rd line or network teams.
- I am comfortable handling reporting, KPIs, and utilizing insights to drive smarter decision-making.
Responsibilities
- I will lead and develop our 1st line tech customer support team to ensure customers receive fast and effective help with their needs.
- I will take ownership of our outage management processes to keep customers informed and connected during unexpected events.
- I will collaborate across departments to identify patterns, escalate issues, and enhance network reliability.
- I will analyze data, trends, and contact volumes to continuously refine and improve our support strategies.
- I will champion a seamless OMNIchannel support experience across various communication platforms such as phone, email, chat, and self-service.
