Requirements
Must:
- 5 years of experience leading SIT/FAT/SAT across Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Expertise in JIRA/XRAY Test Management, including strong defect management and reporting capabilities.
- Solid understanding of SCADA, Real-Time Control, and NMS systems (preferably OSI Aspentech/DGM).
- Familiarity with Mulesoft APIs, Oracle MFT, and relevant industry standards (IEC101, 104, 61850, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive leadership style to align cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) planning, preparation, and execution across four SCRUM teams.
- Promote and embed testing best practices and quality assurance standards.
- Manage defect processes, lead triage meetings, and ensure resolution tracking.
- Define and deliver clear reporting using JIRA, Excel, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Project Managers (PMs), Product Owners (POs), and Architects to ensure full scope and traceability.

We are a global consultancy leader involved in a significant transformation of a major UK infrastructure's Electricity Transmission SCADA platform. This migration from a legacy shared system to a modern OSI Aspentech/DGM-based solution is critical for controlling approximately 350 substations, integrating thousands of sensors and assets, and achieving our digital efficiency and safety objectives. We are currently seeking an experienced Agile Test Lead to ensure consistent, high-quality testing across our multiple SCRUM teams throughout the testing phases delivered in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
