Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing)
- Proficient in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Solid background in C# .NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL
- Experience managing large-scale Dataverse instances
- Familiarity with Azure Services and DevOps practices
- Expertise in tools such as XRM Toolbox
- Desirable: Experience with Omnichannel for Customer Service, familiarity with Microsoft Field Service & IoT, background in data migration into Dataverse
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Able to work independently and within cross-functional Agile teams
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems to ensure smooth data flow and automation
- Customize and configure applications to meet evolving business needs
- Support and troubleshoot existing systems aligned with ITIL service management
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Description
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to join a key project with our leading public sector client in Solihull. This hybrid role allows flexibility with 2 to 3 days in the office each week. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in designing and building a contact centre solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Omnichannel and Co-Pilot Studio. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer with strong experience across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, looking to contribute to a high-impact transformation programme.
