Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (minimum of 2 years in a data/analytics role).
- Strong experience with SQL (SQL Server is essential; Snowflake experience is desirable).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- (Desirable) Understanding of Python, Business Objects, or other analytics tools.
- A solid grasp of relational databases, data modeling, and data storage structures.
- Experience working within a compliance or regulatory data environment is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Extracting, analyzing, and interpreting compliance and business data to identify trends and patterns.
- Preparing and presenting analytical reports for management and stakeholders.
- Developing dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or other tools.
- Monitoring and maintaining data quality across systems and datasets.
- Supporting compliance and business data projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Communicating findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Description
We are seeking a Data Analyst / Solutions Developer to join our office-based team in Kettering. This role is primarily compliance-focused, involving the analysis of regulatory and business data to ensure internal standards and external compliance requirements are consistently met. The remaining portion of the role involves broader business data analysis, identifying trends, creating reports, and providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Additionally, you will be involved in the development of web-based solutions. Please note that this is strictly an office-based role in Kettering. We currently do not offer any hybrid or remote options, and candidates seeking flexible working arrangements should not apply.
