Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Principal Engineer with at least 3 years of professional experience. You should have back-end experience, preferably in data processing for large datasets, as well as familiarity with front-end DevOps processes and implementation. A strong knowledge of at least two modern programming languages (such as Python, TypeScript, Node.js, or Go) and bash is essential. Experience with SQL, including improving query performance and managing databases, is also required. You should have expertise in CI/CD, unit testing, and adhering to software development industry standards. Additionally, experience with AWS in production environments, Linux, and knowledge of security best practices is necessary. We are seeking a problem solver who is highly collaborative and proficient in time and resource management. Experience in financial data, fintech, or the crypto ecosystem is a plus.
Responsibilities
As a Principal Engineer, you will play an integral role in our team working within the Digital Assets industry for a finance firm specializing in Crypto, Blockchain, and Web3. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and optimizing data processing solutions, managing databases, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in software development. You will work closely with other team members to foster collaboration and drive projects to completion.
