Requirements
Must:
We require at least 5 years of experience in performance testing. You should be hands-on with tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter, K6, Cloudflare, and Kibana. A proven track record of testing web applications, APIs, and RDBMS systems (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL) is essential. Additionally, you should possess a strong understanding of modern DevOps and CI/CD workflows and be confident in working across engineering and senior leadership to influence strategy and delivery.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will own and deliver a company-wide performance testing strategy, which includes load, stress, and soak testing. You will design and implement replica performance environments across cloud and on-premises infrastructure. You will also guide performance tooling, test data, and traffic modeling using tools like JMeter and K6. Collaborating closely with engineering teams, you will embed shift-left performance practices early in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
