Requirements
Must:
I am looking for a candidate with proven experience in delivering Business Intelligence solutions, particularly with Power BI and SQL. You should have a strong working knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and Power Platform tools, alongside a background working with ERP systems, especially Dynamics 365 F&O. A confident communicator who can engage with business teams and effectively translate their needs into technical outcomes is essential. You should also be comfortable managing the full solution lifecycle, from scoping and delivery to ongoing support. Bonus points will be given for Microsoft Certifications (Power BI, Power Platform, Azure), experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure DevOps, or D365 CRM, and familiarity with Active Directory and permissions management.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of the business intelligence function across a group of companies, modernizing and expanding our BI estate. Your key responsibilities will include delivering end-to-end BI solutions across our ERP and CRM systems, designing and developing reports and dashboards using Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL. You will manage reporting structures and access via Workspace Apps and Active Directory groups and support the migration from SQL Server and SSAS to Microsoft Fabric. Additionally, you will build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual overhead, and you will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable reporting and automation tools, automating tasks such as supplier, product, and demand record creation in D365.
