Lead UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to take ownership of design across our SaaS platform and broader business for a legal claims client in Rawtenstall. This is an on-site role, not remote. In this role, I will be responsible for more than just UI polish; I will focus on building a scalable design system, leading a team, and driving a full product redesign from the ground up. I will reimagine our bespoke in-house CRM, transforming it into a white-label SaaS product while ensuring design consistency across everything we create— from product UI to emails and marketing materials. Along the way, I will establish design best practices, champion accessibility, and assist in hiring and mentoring additional designers.
