Must:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic IT Technician who has at least 3 years of experience in an IT support role and a passion for IT. You should have a willingness to learn and develop your skills, especially in cloud-based solutions. A valid driving license is essential for traveling to customer sites as needed. Additionally, you will need to be willing to travel at short notice within the UK. You must also possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and have strong time management skills to prioritize your workload. A DBS check will be required for this position. Desirable criteria include having Microsoft certifications like MS-900, AZ-900, and AZ-104.

Responsibilities
In this full-time office role, you will be responsible for a range of project-related activities. You will design, build, and test solutions using the Microsoft stack, working closely with clients to understand their requirements. Ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely implementation will be crucial. You’ll also provide demonstrations, create training materials, and share knowledge across the team.
For infrastructure and component activities, you will proactively monitor endpoints, provide administration services for Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint, and develop security controls across client environments. You'll handle device management, including inventory, orders, and repairs.
Regarding support desk activities, you will respond to user support requests, maintain accurate records, and handle cyber security incidents, all while being a champion for Microsoft products.
Description
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across all areas of our business, including project work and cloud-based solutions, in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our salary range for this position is between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. We offer a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week and provide 28 days of paid holiday each year, which increases to 30 days after two years of continuous service. Other benefits include a company pension and opportunities for career development through progressive learning and examinations. Please note that this position is office-based, with no options for hybrid or remote work.
