Responsibilities
As a Lead Software Engineer, I will:
- Take ownership of the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performance Java-based systems.
- Lead technical direction across multiple projects, ensuring best-in-class coding standards, testing, and performance.
- Collaborate directly with clients, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes, cloud adoption, and CI/CD pipelines.
