Requirements

Must:
I am looking for a candidate with proven knowledge of business analysis and project management methodologies. You should have a demonstrable understanding of business process management, ideally gained through BA roles in complex organizations. The ability to evaluate a range of scenarios and interpret evidence to make informed decisions is essential. You must also be able to write clear and compelling process documentation and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

As our Business Analyst, you will be a vital member of the Project Management Office (PMO). You will analyze and document current processes, systems, and services while identifying trends and opportunities for change and growth. This involves prioritizing and justifying recommended change initiatives based on evidence of potential value-added. You will develop and document processes and tools to support management understanding through business analytics, produce accurate, data-led KPI reports, assist the Commercial team with data analysis for new tenders and customer-specific activities, and suggest creative solutions to identified change management issues.
