Requirements
Must:
- Proven interest or commercial experience using AI.
- Commercial experience as a full stack developer within the JavaScript framework (TypeScript, React with Next.js, and Node.js).
- Ideally, knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, and Packer.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools such as LLM, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Previous experience in managing end-to-end project management, collaborating with Architects from solution design to implementation.
- Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban).
- Strong communication skills for gathering requirements, presenting, and running Scrum sprints.
- Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities
- Serve as the most senior technical resource in our division.
- Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architect and internal stakeholders to implement AI tools that reduce routine tasks and protect organizational data and security.
- Coach and mentor junior developers, guiding them in their professional growth.
- Manage full project oversight, from inception and documentation to solution design and post-implementation bug fixes.
