Requirements
Must:
- Strong Python skills with a solid understanding of algorithms.
- Knowledge of NLP and LLM, including model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and retrieval systems.
- Experience in MLOps and AI Engineering, particularly with LLM pipeline abstractions and deployment best practices.
- Experience working with unstructured data, including text processing and domain-specific documents.
- Deep hands-on experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure for ML model deployment.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale ML pipelines, deploying and managing production-ready ML models.
- Work with LLMs and NLP on text mining, unstructured data processing, and model fine-tuning.
- Redesign and extend a key product by transforming an existing Text Mining solution.
- Shape our AI engineering and MLOps strategy by creating scalable ML solutions in AWS.
- Thrive in a start-up environment by operating with autonomy and minimal oversight.
