Employee Relations Specialist

As an ER Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters to both managers and employees. You will handle complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, and procedures. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation is crucial. You will also support HR initiatives and projects focused on employee engagement and workplace culture, conduct investigations, prepare reports with recommendations for resolution, and deliver training and coaching to managers on employee relations best practices. Additionally, monitoring and analysing employee relations trends to identify areas for improvement will be part of your role.
