Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with proven experience in both front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and demonstrate flexibility across various frameworks. Proficiency in database systems, particularly MS SQL, is essential. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred. We value excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, as well as strong collaboration and communication skills. Experience with VB.NET, C#, WPF is desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design and develop software solutions that align with our business requirements. You will write clean, efficient, and scalable code while adhering to established coding standards. Testing, troubleshooting, and implementing updates will be part of your responsibilities to ensure system reliability. You will also collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver new features. Additionally, you'll be expected to integrate software components and third-party applications, design, deploy, and maintain SQL databases for optimal functionality and performance, and maintain as well as enhance the existing codebase to support evolving business needs.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Exeter, reporting directly to the Information Systems Lead. We offer an opportunity for you to play a key role in shaping and improving our business-critical applications as part of our growing team.
