Must:
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Developer who possesses strong Microsoft technology skills and extensive CRM development experience. You should be able to analyze complex requirements effectively. A solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CE customization, configuration, and SDK is crucial. Proficiency in client-side scripting languages like JavaScript and familiarity with web frameworks such as React or Angular will be advantageous. We expect you to stay updated on new, deprecated, and upcoming features in Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design, develop, and customize solutions within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform. Your tasks will include creating plugins, workflows, and integrations that meet business requirements. You will work closely with analysts to gather and document detailed technical specifications. Additionally, you will develop and deploy Power Platform solutions, optimize system performance, and troubleshoot any technical issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure timely and successful project delivery. You will also conduct thorough solution testing and support user acceptance testing in partnership with business stakeholders. Facilitating workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to enhance their understanding of D365 CE functionalities will be part of your responsibilities.
