Business Analyst

- Attend and influence through quality reviews. - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to manage process changes for compliance and effect change, engaging across various geographies. - Communicate appropriately within the department. - Manage the delivery of the continuous improvement plan and capture lessons learned to inform changes. - Oversee the preparation, control, and issue of processes. - Provide visibility of trends related to the scope of activities. - Act as the point of contact for audits and support the closure of non-conformance issues. - Work cross-functionally with colleagues to influence other areas of the business. - Maintain internal authorizations and documentation while providing guidance to the wider department. - Develop, implement, and manage plans to achieve formal Project Management Accreditation (P3M3 or similar). - Identify, plan, and implement improvement initiatives using appropriate business improvement tools and methodologies. - Define, drive, and embed business and programme management processes based on best practices, ensuring interconnectivity with all company procedures. - Capture, monitor, and report on customer feedback and lessons learned. - Support Programme Assurance and Development Program Executives in carrying out reviews with personnel across the relevant Life Cycle Management (LCM) and Phase Gates. - Develop effective cross-functional relationships to capture adherence issues and necessary improvements for robust business delivery. - Manage and coordinate Improvement Project tasks and their interdependencies within the overall Programme or Project, including issue resolution.
