Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with expert-level Java development skills who have a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles. A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering is essential. You should have hands-on experience building trading systems, including execution algorithms, risk trading, and smart routing. A deep understanding of equity market microstructure and institutional trading workflows is crucial. You will need proven abilities in implementing quantitative models and performing statistical analysis, along with experience collaborating directly with front office trading teams. A strong focus on performance optimization, testing, and system reliability is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be building next-generation trading platforms that connect global equity markets. You will be responsible for developing low latency algorithmic trading platforms that handle real-time market data, smart order routing systems, and execution algorithms for global equity markets. You will create quantitative models and analytical trading signals, as well as maintain high-availability trading infrastructure that serves institutional clients worldwide. Additionally, you will develop back-end systems that support equities, futures, and listed derivatives trading.
