Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in Azure infrastructure management and cloud services, including experience with Azure networking, storage, and compute solutions. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments is essential, along with hands-on experience with Azure security and compliance implementation. Candidates should have experience in evaluating and deploying SaaS platforms, an understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and connectivity, and familiarity with Azure monitoring and cost optimization. Strong technical documentation and communication skills are necessary. Additionally, knowledge of security best practices, experience with PowerShell scripting and workflow automation, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration are desirable.
Responsibilities
As an Azure/Cloud Engineer, I will expect you to design and implement Azure infrastructure solutions, manage and optimize Azure resources and services, and implement and maintain secure cloud architectures. You will monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure costs, evaluate, onboard, and manage SaaS platforms for enterprise use, and provide technical assistance with the integration of acquisitions onto Mattioli Woods systems. I need you to automate infrastructure deployments to create seamless, self-service environments for our platform engineering teams, work with our Information Security team to develop and enforce security policies across cloud environments, and document technical specifications and architecture designs.
