Senior ServiceNow Developer

We require a minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a related role that involves service operations tooling. You should have extensive experience and understanding of ServiceNow development, including scripting with JavaScript and Glide. A strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and processes, including ITSM, PA, CSDM, CMDB, Employee Centre, and Integration Hub (REST & SOAP web services & API integrations) is essential. Familiarity with AWS services related to service operations, such as AWS Lambda, CloudFormation, and Step Functions is also necessary. We expect you to have experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code, along with strong problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement and automation. A good understanding of ServiceNow's out-of-the-box architecture and other platforms such as GitHub, Jira, and Confluence is important. Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform and driving thought leadership is a must. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required, with an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, potentially across multiple customer environments.
