Requirements
Must:
- I require Salesforce expertise, specifically with Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Classic, and Lightning Web Components (LWC/Aura).
- You should have proven experience with deployment pipelines, automation, and tooling, demonstrating your DevOps savvy.
- A solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and scalable design principles is essential.
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) integration is needed.
- Strong documentation and communication skills are important, as you will be expected to present clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A team-oriented mindset is crucial; I want someone who is collaborative, supportive, and passionate about sharing knowledge.
Responsibilities
- You will lead the development lifecycle in a scrum team, engaging in solution design, build, deployment, and support.
- It is your responsibility to ensure best practices are followed using tools like Copado, GitHub, Codescan.io, Salesforce DX, and Visual Studio Code.
- You will manage and monitor code quality, perform code reviews, and validate test coverage.
- Maintaining a Kanban board and contributing to Agile ceremonies, including estimation sessions and retrospectives, will be part of your role.
- You will lead deployment readiness activities, including rehearsals, implementation planning, and governance alignment.
- Running Proof of Concepts (POCs) and tracking contact centre performance metrics to ensure platform uptime will also be required.
- Supporting and mentoring junior developers while collaborating closely with testers and cross-functional team members is essential.
Description
This position offers a competitive salary of up to £100,000 per annum and is hybrid, requiring you to be based in the UK. Candidates must have SC clearance or be SC eligible, which requires five years of UK residency. We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to our dynamic team.
