Requirements
Must:
- A degree in a STEM subject, ideally in Mathematics, Physics, or Electronics.
- Experience using programming software such as MATLAB, Simulink, or Python.
- Experience in at least one stage of model development, including Design, Build, Integration, Test, or Deployment.
- Understanding of various modeling techniques, including stochastic, deterministic, and exploratory methods.
- Must be a UK National and eligible to work in the UK.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a UK Government Security Check (SC) clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop our in-house countermeasure simulation software tool, CounterWorX®, by modeling physical interactions and phenomena across dynamic simulations.
- Work autonomously to develop models, add new features, and solve customer challenges and requirements.
- Analyze, design, model (using MATLAB/Python/Simulink), and validate countermeasure techniques across various real-world scenarios for customer delivery.
- Collaborate with our software development team and adhere to the assurance process for all releasable software products.
- Mentor junior team members and share insights about new technologies within the Electronic Warfare domain.
