We are looking for an IT Business Partner with ideally 3 to 4 years of experience, or an experienced IT Business Analyst ready to transition into an IT Business Partner role. You should possess a strong understanding of Data & Analytics and AI, with proven experience in driving adoption and enhancements in these areas. Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to deliver effective Data & Analytics and AI solutions is essential. Hands-on experience with Power BI is required, including the ability to create basic dashboards for functional needs. Ideally, you have experience with AI tools such as Copilot, aligning with an AI roadmap, and have been involved with AI rollout initiatives, including Chat Bots. You should be skilled in translating business needs into IT initiatives and delivering scalable, sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities
As an IT Business Partner, you'll bridge the gap between IT/Technology and Business Functions, focusing on core areas such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You will drive digital enablement by enhancing the use of Data & Analytics and AI tools, facilitating the adoption and support of Power BI across relevant teams. Your role includes partnering with our Global IT team to support localized rollout efforts for Data & Analytics and AI enterprise projects. You will identify and deliver automation opportunities, develop business cases and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track value, application adoption, and efficiency. Enabling user adoption will be crucial, utilizing training, communications, and change management activities, particularly for AI tools. Additionally, you will manage relationships with local vendors, ensuring they meet cost, budget, time, and delivery requirements while adapting to evolving priorities.
