We are looking for candidates who have proven experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud engineering. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting, particularly with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and DevOps pipelines. Hands-on expertise with Azure Virtual Desktop is essential. A proactive mindset is necessary to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

As a Cloud Services Engineer, you will be tasked with designing and enhancing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, which includes virtual machines, storage, networking, security, backup, and disaster recovery. You will monitor, maintain, and optimize the performance, availability, and scalability of our cloud services. Your role will also involve automating and streamlining operations using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Azure DevOps, and Azure Monitor. Additionally, you will operate and improve our Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment and partner with colleagues across the IT team to deliver resilient, secure, and compliant solutions that support our firm’s critical applications.
