Requirements

Must:
We are looking for individuals who have experience in running IT Service Management in a complex environment, particularly with a mix of internal and external platforms. It is essential that you have worked in DevOps and Azure cloud-based environments. You should be an experienced ITIL Service Management professional with at least ITIL V.3 certification. Team-leading and people management experience are also essential.

As the Site Reliability Engineering Lead, I will rely on you to lead and mentor engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development. You will design and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure. You will develop and enforce best practices for monitoring, alerting, and incident response. Collaboration with platform and development teams will be key to ensuring the reliability and performance of new features and services. Driving automation efforts to reduce manual intervention and enhance system efficiency will also be crucial. You'll conduct post-incident reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring our estate is properly managed, including platform currency, patching, and other proactive maintenance activities. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies is essential to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge.
