Requirements
Must:
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Strong academic record (ideally Degree level)
- Strong administrative experience in a major corporate organization (preferably in financial or professional services, HR or technology)
- Advanced PC skills including Excel (V-Lookups, Pivots, etc.)
- Experience with JIRA / JIRA Portfolio is a benefit
- Approximately 2 to 5 years of work experience
- High levels of initiative, common sense, and energy
Responsibilities
- Assist with the on-boarding process for contractors
- Update systems and produce meaningful data reports via Excel
- Track staff movements and transfers
- Coordinate on-going projects
- Support the Chief of Staff function across the EMEA region
- Manage key programs and oversee communications and workforce strategies

This exciting role involves supporting the Chief of Staff function, which operates across the EMEA region and is responsible for managing a wide range of projects for our senior leadership team.
