Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within technology or M&A projects
- Strong understanding of IT systems and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in Office 365 migrations and enterprise application integration
- Skilled in data mapping, process modeling, and workflow documentation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, flexible approach
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in M&A due diligence or post-merger integration
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL)
- Familiarity with Power BI, automation tools, or SQL
Responsibilities
- Assess and document IT environments of newly acquired companies
- Identify gaps, risks, and integration opportunities
- Gather and translate business and technical requirements
- Map business processes and data flows for consolidation and migration
- Support Office 365 and enterprise system migrations (HR, finance, etc.)
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver integration strategies
- Track project progress and support project management activities
- Develop and maintain key documentation including workflows and integration plans
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide post-integration support to ensure adoption and issue resolution
