Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Data Centre Analyst (SC Cleared) to join our team. You must hold CDCTP (Certified Data Centre Technician Professional) and CDCMP (Certified Data Centre Management Professional) certifications. Strong experience with ServiceNow, CMDB management, and E-Permit systems is essential. You should have proven expertise in Incident Management, Capacity Planning, and Access Management within data center operations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage Change Management processes using ServiceNow and E-Permits. You will oversee Incident and Capacity Management to ensure operational efficiency. Additionally, you will implement and manage Access Management and physical security protocols. Leading stakeholder engagement and conducting site inductions for all personnel will also be part of your responsibilities. You will manage and update the CMDB, supporting Network Discovery activities, and assist in the migration of processes from third-party vendors to internal systems.
Description
This is a contract position based in Wokingham, and you must be willing to work five days a week in the office. The contract duration is six months, with an anticipated start date of ASAP, ideally on Monday, 14th April. The salary for this position ranges from £400-£425 per day and falls outside of IR35 regulations. This role is essential in optimizing processes, managing risks, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced data center environment while working for a Global IT Services and Consulting business in the Energy sector.
