Requirements
Must:
- I require active DV clearance, which is essential for this role.
- An ITIL certification is necessary.
- I am looking for candidates with recent working experience as a Service Management Analyst or in a similar role.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be expected to provide support in the management and improvement of IT services. This includes collaborating with various teams to ensure effective service delivery and maintaining compliance with the required standards.
Description
This role is classified as Inside IR35 and will be based onsite for four days a week, with one day working from home. Given the nature and urgency of this position, I encourage candidates who currently hold or have previously held high-level security clearance to apply. Please be aware that successful applicants will need to obtain security clearance prior to their appointment, which may take a minimum of 18 weeks.
