- I am looking for candidates who have a high level of security clearance. - A solid understanding of the Software Development and Testing Lifecycles is essential. - Experience with multiple delivery methodologies such as Agile, V-Model, and Waterfall is desirable. - Proficiency in testing both Infrastructure and Applications is required. - I need individuals who can identify test data and create test cases based on clearly defined requirements, including technical testing for manual and automated testing. - Experience in executing test cases and recording test results according to established test plans is necessary. - Candidates must demonstrate experience in defect logging, investigation, and support. - I expect applicants to be skilled in collecting test-related metrics. - Strong organizational skills for managing test materials, environments, tools, and resources needed for testing activities are crucial, alongside the ability to coordinate testing delivery against the schedule, including reporting test progress, risks, and incidents. - The ability to create high-quality test plan documents for small to medium projects that address requirements and mitigate risks is important. - Candidates should be accountable for the test team deliverables for small projects and understand project testing requirements while agreeing on testing scope with stakeholders. - Experience in writing Test scripts, Test Reports, and managing Defect Management and Reporting requirements is required. - Familiarity with tools such as SOAP UI, XML, Jenkins, and JIRA is preferred.
