BUSINESS ANALYST

We are looking for a Business Analyst who meets the following essential skills and experience: - You should have the ability to identify, create, and facilitate process design changes through conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level, focusing on quality improvement and data management, ensuring that data is reliable and valid. - You must be capable of identifying improvement opportunities (both proactive and reactive) and developing a process re-engineering vision. Additionally, you should be able to recommend simplification and optimization options while integrating new processes with existing ones. Partnering with internal and external customers to ensure that the systems we provide align with long-term business strategies is essential. - Experience in scoping large or complex changes is crucial. You'll engage senior stakeholders across function areas and ORAC, investigating, documenting, and analyzing 'as-is' processes while facilitating teams to agree on 'to-be' processes, assessing and challenging the feasibility of 'to-be' options through risk, cost, and benefit evaluations. - Familiarity with bank products, processes, and the regulatory environment is required, as well as a solid understanding of business analysis techniques, including gathering requirements, documenting functional design, creating process flows, conducting data analysis, writing business and technical documentation, and developing test cases while supporting test case execution.
