Old Walsall Road, Birmingham

Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Change Manager with a proven track record in delivering change management for ERP transformations, ideally with experience in IFS, though this is not essential. You should have a strong understanding of Salesforce deployments, particularly within the industrial, manufacturing, or field services sectors. A demonstrated ability to work across all relevant processes, including prospect-to-order, order-to-cash, and record-to-report, is crucial.
You will need to possess exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills, along with the ability to identify, articulate, and address change impacts across end-to-end processes. We're looking for someone who is structured, can challenge and influence a shift to a global way of working, and is skilled at producing tangible change deliverables. Personal qualities such as being warm, friendly, a team player, and pragmatic are equally important. You should enjoy building strong relationships, collaborating effectively, and have a passion for people-led change and successful delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time (about 2-3 weeks of travel at 2-3 days per week across different project phases).
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the change management workstream for ERP (IFS) and Salesforce deployments. You will define and execute change strategies that encompass process, data, and systems integration while acting as a strong advocate for change to ensure adoption among complex stakeholder groups.
Your responsibilities will include running structured discovery and gap analysis activities (lasting 4-6 weeks per region), capturing and translating business impacts into actionable change interventions, and documenting findings to create clear outputs such as “This is what we’ve heard, and this is what we’re going to do about it.” You will facilitate workshops and interviews to understand end-to-end process changes and identify hidden impacts, like back-office process shifts. Additionally, you will influence and align senior stakeholders across multiple Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
In collaboration with Change Managers in deployment teams, you will help define the change strategy and ensure smooth implementation. You'll work within a mini team consisting of a Project Manager, Data & Integration Lead, and Process Analyst, leveraging the expertise of global business process owners and reporting back into the main program to align with global design.
Description
We are thrilled to present an outstanding opportunity to join our client's team during this transformative journey. As a key player in leading change initiatives, your role will be critical in ensuring successful business adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across multiple regions and business units. If you are an experienced and structured Change Manager who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about driving effective change, we would love to hear from you!
