ERP Change Manager

We are looking for a Change Manager with a proven track record in delivering change management for ERP transformations, ideally with experience in IFS, though this is not essential. You should have a strong understanding of Salesforce deployments, particularly within the industrial, manufacturing, or field services sectors. A demonstrated ability to work across all relevant processes, including prospect-to-order, order-to-cash, and record-to-report, is crucial. You will need to possess exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills, along with the ability to identify, articulate, and address change impacts across end-to-end processes. We're looking for someone who is structured, can challenge and influence a shift to a global way of working, and is skilled at producing tangible change deliverables. Personal qualities such as being warm, friendly, a team player, and pragmatic are equally important. You should enjoy building strong relationships, collaborating effectively, and have a passion for people-led change and successful delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time (about 2-3 weeks of travel at 2-3 days per week across different project phases).
