Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with other Microsoft tools (Excel, Azure, Power Platform).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Optimize data flows and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices.
- Monitor performance and usage of BI solutions, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features and industry trends.
- Encourage self-service analytics and data literacy through user training and support.
