Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a telephone-based customer service role. Having technical support experience within a mobile phone or app background would be advantageous. You should be computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with CRM systems would also be beneficial. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You should work well within a team and be ready to support your colleagues when needed. A technical mindset, coupled with problem-solving skills, is important. We value organization and the ability to work to deadlines.
