Requirements

Responsibilities
- Supporting the in-house team with any technical support issues
- Assisting with remote installation and configuration of products for evaluation purposes
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations of our cybersecurity product portfolio to technical and non-technical audiences
- Responding to technical enquiries received via phone, Teams, and email
- Providing pre-sales technical support to internal and external sales teams
- Proactively investigating potential opportunities to expand solution adoption
- Delivering pre-sales training sessions to partner organizations
- Conducting competitive analysis and advising on products within the cybersecurity market
Description
We are a growing business operating within the cybersecurity sector, seeking a Cyber Security Technical Support Engineer to join our technical team. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in networking and cybersecurity who enjoys working in a customer-facing technical position. Our office-based role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000, top industry training within cybersecurity, free onsite parking, a company pension, and a clear opportunity for progression. Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
