Java Risk Developer

As a key member of our Risk Technology Team, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications and components, ensuring code quality and compliance with best practices. You will need to build a thorough understanding of end-to-end risk data flows to support reliable operations. Enhancing and optimizing the automation framework to drive greater efficiency and resilience is also part of your role. Proactively identifying and resolving platform inefficiencies will be crucial to improving system performance. You will maintain and extend our in-house shared libraries, ensuring their reliability and effectiveness. Furthermore, you will deliver robust, well-documented, and automatically tested code in alignment with project goals and timelines. Diagnosing and resolving software defects and technical issues to minimize disruptions to business-critical processes will be required, as well as partnering with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features. We expect you to contribute to peer code reviews and uphold high standards of internal documentation to support system transparency and knowledge sharing.
